If I only heard someone but never have seen them (happens a lot with Radio personalities), I would imagine how they would look like. And when I see them for the first time (in person, video, or a photo), they would not look like what I had imagined. It happens every single time for me and I am always amused with what led me to imagine a certain way and how I fail each time.
